Return Policy

All returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery or pickup email for a refund and within 14 days for a site credit.
Return time does not allow for any exclusions including holidays.
We recommend trying on all purchased items once received to ensure adequate time to return items if necessary.
After 14 days all orders are final sale.
Returned items must be undamaged, unused, in their original condition and packaging with all labels, tags and barcodes still attached.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

To return the return, please pack the item(s) and the packing slip in the same package that it was received in, or in an alternative secure package. Tape the return shipping label (it will be in the original package received) covering the old shipping label. Items packed in a negligent manner and damaged in transit will be charged to buyer or not accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. We are committed to making it right. Client satisfaction is our highest priority. 

We notify the buyer once we’ve received the return and after approval, the buyer will automatically be refunded on the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

 

Exchanges
We do not do exchanges. Please return the item and place a new online order.
Refund Information
Please allow 5-7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
